Tracy West is a mother of four, entrepreneur, non-profit founder, and a private pilot who has built multiple businesses from the ground up. Her life and work have been shaped by resilience and reinvention.
Over the years, she has navigated loss, raised children with diverse needs, and founded the Autism Resource & Treatment Center to support families walking a similar path.
Her ability to lead, adapt, and build—often under pressure—is a defining thread in both her personal and professional life.
At thirty-five, she earned her private pilot’s license—an experience that became a defining turning point and a central thread in her memoir.
Through it all, Tracy has developed a grounded understanding of strength—not as perfection or control, but as the willingness to keep showing up, learn, and evolve.
